This 12 storey luxury building will offer a full continuum of care. It’s an ideal choice for senior couples with various care needs who want to remain together in one place, or for those who smartly anticipate future care needs.
Verve Senior Living has a reputation for building great communities, with experienced staff who help create a lively community with their residents. Excellent amenities and a holistic view of care ensure that seniors find optimal happiness. The newness means an utterly contemporary feel throughout the building.
Outdoor rooftop patios above both the second and fifth floors, and luxurious, safe amenities are just two kinds of meeting spaces seniors will enjoy here. Dining here will feature open seating and farm-to-table cuisine. Riverwalk’s full continuum of care—from independent living to supportive living, assisted living, and memory care—allows us to easily support you as your needs change. Care is tailored and introduced thoughtfully, allowing you to remain in a familiar environment. It’s also ideal for couples with different care needs, where one may require additional support while the other remains independent, so you can continue living in the same building easily and comfortably.
Under what conditions would you advise someone against choosing your community?
Riverwalk may not be the right fit for someone who needs clinical or institutional care. Our focus is on lifestyle, engagement, and inspired living, supported by care that adapts as needed. We’re best suited for individuals who value independence, connection, and a vibrant community, rather than a more medicalized environment where care is the sole focus.
What might residents find surprising about your community?
1) Riverwalk presents like a luxury, boutique, resort hotel. There is nothing about Riverwalk that feels institutional.
2) No need for a car. Riverwalk's walkable location is close to almost everything you need.
How will your community change in the next five years?
Over the next five years, we’ll build on our commitment to inspired living—enhancing our programs, refining our services, and creating even more opportunities for residents to stay active, connected, and engaged.
