River Ridge is focused on strengthening resident satisfaction and operational excellence. Plans include upgrading recreation programming to better match resident expectations, improving food quality, and enhancing communication. A CRM update is underway to streamline resident engagement, and ongoing training through the Sales Academy will support staff development. Marketing will shift toward online reputation management and community outreach.
