Residents that we’ve spoken to share that they do indeed feel served. “I’m a very happy camper here,” Betty Evans has told us, from Dr Hemstock Retirement Residence in Lloydminster. “I have few worries because they’re all taken care of here. Life here is quite pleasant.”
And as Rose Marie Soullier at The Concorde in Penticton will tell you, the staff is key to this. They’re “absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, and helpful—and friendly. They’re united.”
