We love hosting live entertainers in the residence, we’ll have a party for any and every occasion, our residents savour fine cuisine from our Chefs and there is plenty of opportunities for participating in activities and exercise at all levels. One of the many compliments we receive is about our caring team. The dining staff will not only know your name, but also exactly how you like your coffee or tea. From the housekeepers to our Health and Wellness team, the depth of care for our residents shines in every interaction. Our friendly reception is available morning to evening to assist in every way.

We offer a la carte care services for Independent Living residents, enabling them to continue thriving in their suites. If care needs become more frequent or unpredictable, residents also have the option to transition to our Assisted Living neighbourhood.
At The Wellington, we closely monitor each resident’s well-being and adjust support as needed. If care needs change, our team works with the resident and family to explore options—whether that’s modifying services, bringing in external care providers, or transitioning to a more suitable suite. Moves within the community are handled with care and clear communication, minimizing stress. If a resident’s needs exceed what we can provide, we assist in coordinating a smooth transition to another Park Place Seniors Living community or care setting, ensuring continuity and comfort.

Verve Aspen Woods supports seniors with a wide range of care needs. As we are not a long-term care community, support for mechanical lifts or slings is not available.
The Wellington is not be the best fit for seniors requiring 24/7 medical care or advanced memory support, as we are not a licensed long-term care or dementia home. Our community is ideal for those seeking independent or supportive living with flexible services, but not for those needing intensive clinical oversight. Prospects looking for large-scale amenities or highly specialized programs may prefer a larger residence. Our strength lies in personalized attention, a close-knit setting, and a balance of independence and support—values that may not align with every senior’s priority.

We offer up to 3 nights complimentary trial stays for people wishing to sample life in a retirement residence.
80% of our suites are Independent Living while the other 20% are Assisted Living suites — a vibrant mix of independent residents, from couples to single residents.
Truly all-inclusive living – our resident’s only extra costs are their personal telephone and indoor heated parking.
Supportive and Care services are available as residents age – we can bring scheduled care to Independent Living suites to help those residents maintain their independence.
We offer short term respite care suites for individuals needing post hospital care or require support when their regular caregiver is out of town.
Flexible Dining – Residents enjoy daily lunch and dinner served in our central dining area, offering comfort, flexibility, and independence.
Flexible Living Model – We support both independent and supportive living, allowing residents to age in place with dignity and tailored care.
