How we see Delmanor Wynford
This place is perfect for mature adults who want a fresh start or a new beginning, (even if you don't realize that's what you want). If you've ever dreamed of living in a luxurious hotel year round, this is the place for you. Stepping into this residence will instantly dispel any notions you may have about seniors' communities. Progressive-minded senior living is exemplified by the fact that it was one of the first GTA retirement homes to follow the green rating system Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
Opened in 2010, Delmanor Wynford incorporates the best of high-rise living a la Tridel. Inside, you'll find spacious lounges and rooms, a movie theatre, a spa and beauty salon, five-star dining with attentive service, a library, a pub, and everything else you need (and more) under a single roof. Outside, there are beautifully landscaped terraces and courtyards, in a gorgeous neighbourhood that mixes greenspace with local shopping, and easy access to transit and major highways.
Across all Delmanor retirement residences, the LivingWell program is very successful at getting seniors re-focused on their personal health. The program uses individualized coaching and goal setting to create a holistic approach to well-being. It targets typical senior health risks like falls, etc., and its popularity means you'll share in this with your fellow residents and friends. Residents come to love Wynford after making the initial adjustment to a new environment.

Who are you as a community?
Tridel-inspired retirement living in the heart of Don Mills. Offering Independent and Supportive Living options. Our spacious One & Two bedroom suites feature kitchenettes with granite countertops and in-suite washer and dryers. Our LivingWell coach focuses on Health & Wellness, while our Red Seal Certified Chefs assure culinary excellence in the dining room. Enjoy concierge services, library with computers, pub, fireside lounges, salon, gourmet kitchen, conservatory, card and games lounge, building-wide emergency response system, movie theatre, chapel, LivingWell centre, scheduled bus excursions, a landscaped rooftop terrace with putting green and bocce court.
