How we see Delmanor Northtown
This is a first-rate Toronto retirement home. Aside from the exceptional facilities, the care staff on hand is highly professional and sociable. Families of seniors who move here feel great relief at having found such well-rounded care. Delmanor's industry-leading reputation is built on the lifestyle they provide in places like Northtown.
As with other Delmanor communities, this is an exceptionally well-appointed, very modern retirement residence, with a hotel-like environment that includes a concierge, and in-suite service. Suites are very spacious, friendly staff is easily at hand, and the dining is exceptional. Located just north of the 401 on Yonge Street, it's close to local shopping like drug stores and coffee outlets.
If you are used to having the best things in life, then Delmanor Northtown is the right place to live or to get the seniors' care you need. Aside from excellent care staff, spectacular onsite amenities and features include concierge service, billiards, a full library, a bar, a spa and gym, an onsite movie theatre, and a private bus that shuttles residents on a variety of day trips.

Who are you as a community?
Delmanor Northtown is a Tridel-inspired retirement community. Offering Independent and Supportive Living. Our spacious One & Two bedroom suites feature kitchenettes with granite countertops and in-suite washers and dryers. Our LivingWell coach focuses on Health & Wellness while our Red Seal Certified Chefs ensure culinary excellence in our dining room. Enjoy concierge services, library with computers, card and games lounge, fireside lounges, conservatory, building-wide personal emergency response system, movie theatre, chapel, salon, spa, fitness center, three garden terraces, hobby kitchen, scheduled bus excursions, rooftop terrace with putting green and shuffleboard court.
