I've been here seven years. I like a lot of things, but mostly I like the fact we have a washer and dryer in the suite, and it's peaceful! We're looked after! We have a lady coming to clean the house once a week... This is my home! I'm quite happy here!

Kristina and her team are fantastic! The staff are all so kind and amazing, not to mention the delicious food from the chefs.

Delmanor was home to my uncle for about 15 years. During this time the staff went above and beyond in helping to care for him and always make him feel at home. Tracy, Sabina, Tatiana, Arlene, the entire nursing staff, and the concierges were always reliable, friendly, and compassionate. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did.

I am beyond blessed to call Delmanor Northtown my home away from home. Over the last 5 years, I have had an opportunity to work with the most cohesive, compassionate, caring team that give 110% of themselves every day! The residents are incredible individuals who fill my days with programs, events, stories and most of all, their companionship and love. When looking for a retirement home for my father, I had heard nothing but good things from neighbours and others in the community about the Briton House. Our own experience was very positive with very caring staff who would go above and beyond to support my father's needs. Staff turnover was low allowing team members to get to know my dad (and family members like myself). Excellent slate of activities for residents in the independent living floors. Very clean and rigorously maintained building facilities.

I'm so thankful for the Briton House staff. The PSWs, nurses, and recreational therapist on the memory care unit care for residents with genuine warmth, patience, and kindness. The admin, management, and wellness teams communicate with clarity and sensitivity, which is of paramount importance during challenging times. The facilities are thoughtfully designed for seniors, with the beautiful sunlit atrium as the highlight. Thank you for warmly welcoming my dad into your community.

My story begins with panic. I had one month to move my 94 year old mom to a retirement home close to me at Yonge and Eglinton. I phoned every one in the area. The only one that understood my pain was Jared, Marketing manager at the Briton House. Immediately, we had a meeting. The care and compassion was outstanding. I signed on the dotted line he and his staff had a beautiful suite ready for mom... My mom is so happy thanks to everyone at the Briton House.

I researched many retirement homes in Toronto, and Briton House stood out for many reasons. Family owned and operated, an excellent reputation, positive referrals and reasonable pricing put Briton House on the short list. It was quick and easy to book a tour and we were impressed with the comfortable hotel-like atmosphere, relaxing atrium and amenities. Once my loved one moved in, the caring and competent staff provided an environment where she was able to enjoy regular meals, be supported with personal care and flourish, becoming the happy, social person she was before being diagnosed with dementia. You can trust that residents are well cared for, safe and living their best life.

My mom moved here a month ago, it is fantastic. Beautiful facilities, great activities and food and the management and nursing staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
