My father and I visited a number of seniors' residences, and The Wexford is far and away the best we visited. The clean, modern facilities give the feeling of being in a luxury hotel. The fixtures and layouts of the suites are well-thought out for function and aesthetics. And the food is delicious!
I have been at the Wexford since Feb. 1 and I love, love, love it!!!! Everyone is wonderful and that includes the residents. I am having so much fun interacting with people and staff. Best decision I ever made.

Sunstone Rentals is the newest addition to North Delta. A 70 unit independent living facility for those 55+ (at least one resident must be over 55), we offer a retirement living community tailored for those wanting to downsize. The building is a four story modern and architecturally unique design with units ranging from 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans, many with dens, all with decks and patios. We offer seven different floor plans to cater to your individual down-sizing needs.
Our Executive Chef and his team work extremely hard to ensure you eat what you want daily. Our menus feature fresh food made in-house and often using local ingredients. Lunch and dinner each include the choice of two entrees and soup or salad. And if you don't like the options, you can choose one of many delicious items off our featured menu. And, If you don't see what you want on the feature menu, Chef Sean and his team will go above and beyond to accommodate you! All you have to do is ask.

We offer three meals a day. We offer the Bria Continental Breakfast in the country kitchen at your convenience. Our dining room features open seating; you can enjoy lunch and dinner. Situated on the edge of downtown Tsawwassen, The Wexford completes Northgate, a mixed-use community that includes brownstone-style CityHomes, a café and a variety of services. The residence is across the street from the South Delta Recreation Centre and South Delta Artist’s Guild and is one kilometre from the shops at Tsawwassen town centre.
