The Wexford is a luxury senior living community with a coastal-inspired design that reflects our location in sunny Tsawwassen. We have a boutique-style community with only sixty-five suites, and residents describe themselves as a close-knit family. Our central location between the unique shops of downtown Tsawwaassen and the shopping and services at Tsawwassen Mills offers convenience and entertainment. Sunstone Rentals is the newest addition to North Delta. A 70 unit independent living facility for those 55+ (at least one resident must be over 55), we offer a retirement living community tailored for those wanting to downsize.
The building is a four story modern and architecturally unique design with units ranging from 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans, many with dens, all with decks and patios. We offer seven different floor plans to cater to your individual down-sizing needs.

Our Executive Chef and his team work extremely hard to ensure you eat what you want daily. Our menus feature fresh food made in-house and often using local ingredients. Lunch and dinner each include the choice of two entrees and soup or salad. And if you don't like the options, you can choose one of many delicious items off our featured menu. And, If you don't see what you want on the feature menu, Chef Sean and his team will go above and beyond to accommodate you! All you have to do is ask.

We have a well-planned move-in orientation to ensure new residents can get comfortable as quickly as possible. This includes connecting with the GM, Executive Chef, and Lifestyle and Wellness manager. You get a chance to know whose who right away. In addition, our 24-hour reception team is there to help you get to know the building and the services any time of the day. Once you're settled, you and your family can enjoy a complimentary Welcome Home dinner in our dining for up to 6 people.
Moving into Sunstone should feel exciting, and it is! From the start, we help people get familiar with the community, the amenities, and the rhythm of daily life. There’s a natural ease to settling in. Neighbours quickly become familiar faces. Everything is designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, so it’s easy to navigate, meet others, and begin feeling at home right away.

2. Living car-free is easy! We have a courtesy shuttle for personal trips in the area. Our 18-passenger bus goes out for trips 2-3 times a week. We're located just 1 km from downtown Tsawwassen, providing easy access for those on electric bikes, trikes and scooters.
3. Our food is made fresh in-house daily, and our culinary team is led by a red seal certified Executive Chef.
