Who are you as a community?

Sunstone Rentals is the newest addition to North Delta. A 70 unit independent living facility for those 55+ (at least one resident must be over 55), we offer a retirement living community tailored for those wanting to downsize. The building is a four story modern and architecturally unique design with units ranging from 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans, many with dens, all with decks and patios. We offer seven different floor plans to cater to your individual down-sizing needs.

Everything is designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, so it’s easy to navigate, meet others, and begin feeling at home right away.

How are residents supported if their needs change?

Sunstone is designed for independent, active living, so while we don’t provide on-site care services, residents have the flexibility to bring in external support if their needs change. This allows you to remain in a home you love while adapting your lifestyle as needed. It’s also a comfortable option for couples with different needs, where one may require added support while the other remains fully independent.

Under what conditions would you advise someone against choosing your community?

Sunstone is probably not the right fit for anyone seeking regular care, medical support, or any other daily assistance. Our community is designed for independent adults who want freedom, flexibility, and a simpler, self-directed lifestyle. That said, if you need care, you’re welcome to hire your own.
