Sunstone Rentals is the newest addition to North Delta. A 70 unit independent living facility for those 55+ (at least one resident must be over 55), we offer a retirement living community tailored for those wanting to downsize.
The building is a four story modern and architecturally unique design with units ranging from 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans, many with dens, all with decks and patios. We offer seven different floor plans to cater to your individual down-sizing needs.

There’s a lot to appreciate about Sunstone Apartments, but what stands out most is the opportunity to be part of something new and thoughtfully planned from the beginning. This is an adult community designed for how you want to live now: independent, comfortable, and closer to nature. Our modern suites and growing Village Centre combine lifestyle and setting in a way that feels both fresh and intentional.
Our Resident Ambassador Program is a nice way to introduce new residents to our community. We have a very full life enrichment program lead by our coordinator who has worked at our community since opening. Courtyard Gardens offers a full continuum of care from Independent, Assisted and Long-Term Care.

Everything is designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, so it’s easy to navigate, meet others, and begin feeling at home right away.
At Verve and Courtyard Gardens, we understand that moving to a new home is a big life change, which is why our 90‑Day Move‑In Program is thoughtfully designed to ease the transition and help residents feel comfortable, confident, and connected from the very beginning. During this time, our team provides extra support, regular check‑ins, and personalized guidance to ensure each resident settles in at their own pace. In addition, our Resident Ambassadors play a special role by welcoming new residents, offering friendly introductions, and helping them get to know the community, activities, and spaces—making Courtyard Gardens feel like home even faster.

Sunstone is designed for independent, active living, so while we don’t provide on-site care services, residents have the flexibility to bring in external support if their needs change. This allows you to remain in a home you love while adapting your lifestyle as needed. It’s also a comfortable option for couples with different needs, where one may require added support while the other remains fully independent.
At Courtyard Gardens, residents have access to a full continuum of care that includes independent living, assisted living, and long-term care within the same community. As needs evolve, our team works closely with residents and families to arrange the appropriate level of support so people can remain in familiar surroundings while receiving more assistance. Our community is designed for independent adults who want freedom, flexibility, and a simpler, self-directed lifestyle. That said, if you need care, you’re welcome to hire your own.
If you favour privacy in a small residence with limited shared spaces or minimalist services, you may prefer something else. Courtyard Gardens appeals to seniors who appreciate community life and the reassurance of having multiple levels of care available in one place. Our residents value connection, support, and the ability to remain in one place as needs change.
