How we see Delmanor Prince Edward
Delmanor Prince Edward is well-appointed, prestigious senior living. This mid-rise tower on Dundas West creates a singularly vibrant community where residents can pamper themselves in the salon weekly, sit in on movie events in the main floor theatre, or keep up with classes in the fitness centre. People who move here find revival in the spectacular environs.
Nine floors of unparalleled Toronto mature adult living offer exceptional vistas of the city, including views of the CN Tower and the nearby Humber, as well as the bustling activity of Kingsway and Dundas West. When you're feeling outdoorsy, Lambton Park is a pleasant local greenspace. The main floor piano room is home to some fun singalongs, too. Assisted living is available on the second floor, where there are exclusive amenities, including a walk-in tub and other extra care facilities.
It’s a warm community where people are friendly. You can tell that they enjoy living here, in a beautiful setting. You’ll find it welcoming, and once you get settled in you’ll enjoy all that this luxurious lifestyle has to offer. Who are you as a community?
Located in the heart of the Kingsway neighborhood; our Tridel-inspired retirement community backs directly onto the Humber River. Spacious Studio, One & Two bedroom suites feature kitchenettes with granite countertops and in-suite washer and dryers. Our LivingWell coach focuses on Health & Wellness while our Red Seal Certified Chefs ensure culinary excellence in the dining room. Enjoy concierge services, fireside lounges, fitness centre, movie theatre, chapel, library with computers, DelSpa/salon, pub, café, cards and games lounge, building-wide personal emergency response system, gourmet kitchen, scheduled bus excursions, landscaped rooftop terrace with a putting green and shuffleboard court.

I have worked in the retirement living industry for 15 years. I joined Delmanor in 2010. First as General Manager at our Glen Abbey Oakville location and then opening Prince Edward in 2014. It has been a wonderful experience and I have grown tremendously as a leader. I have a wonderful group of people working alongside me. Nowhere else you will find a more dedicated team who come to work every day truly enjoying what they do.
The success of Delmanor Prince Edward lies in the fact that 95% of our team members were from other Delmanor Communities.
They knew what it meant to deliver The Delmanor Experience from day one. From the moment you walk through our doors you can feel the warmth of what Delmanor Prince Edward has to offer. A tour of our rooftop terrace is not to be missed. You will enjoy the 360 degree views of our entire city, lake and greenspace.
