While Bolivar Creek is designed for independent seniors, outside care providers can be brought in if needed. If a resident requires daily medical care, we assist with a smooth transition to a more suitable community.

Bolivar Creek is ideal for independent seniors but may not be the best fit for those needing daily medical care, memory support, or full-time supervision. While we offer flexible services and can accommodate outside care providers, but if a resident’s needs exceed what we can safely support, our team helps guide families through a smooth transition and can refer them to other Park Place communities that offer assisted living or long-term care. Seniors seeking clinical oversight may find better alignment at those locations.
