While we offer flexible services and can accommodate outside care providers, but if a resident’s needs exceed what we can safely support, our team helps guide families through a smooth transition and can refer them to other Park Place communities that offer assisted living or long-term care. Seniors seeking clinical oversight may find better alignment at those locations.

          Brian Browne leads Bolivar Creek with warmth, experience, and a passion for people, and pets. With over 30 years in hospitality and seniors living, including leadership roles at Amica, Tapestry, Hyatt, Sheraton, and Coast Hotels, Brian knows how to build communities that feel like home.

          He’s a proud husband to Kerstin, dad to Tristan, father-in-law to Chelsey, and Opa to Juniper, his spark in life. He’s also a devoted dog dad to Onyx, his furry kid and constant companion. Brian’s love for animals shines through in the compassionate, resident-centered culture he fosters every day.

          A lifelong musician, Brian plays bass and drums, and has worked behind the scenes in sound, video, and studio production. He’s an avid cyclist, golfer, hockey fan, and even spent time racing cars, bringing energy, creativity, and heart to everything he does.

          At Bolivar Creek, Brian blends professional excellence with personal passion to help residents live vibrantly, surrounded by care, connection, and joy.
