Our perspective

Tiverton Park Manor offers seniors unparalleled peace and tranquility. It gives Bruce and Huron Counties families the quality, lifestyle, and care we see offered by retirement residences in larger centres. Here, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, in the company of friends, as fellow residents will become for those who move here.

The Manor is a secure setting, with care available. There are three meals a day, housekeeping, with assistance available for typical daily activities like bathing or transferring. Care staff and nurses on hand are kind and compassionate. It’s well-run. In the clean, relaxed setting, you can participate in activities like Bingo, shuffleboard, fitness, and card games. A short walk from the Manor there's a library, a pub, and a coffee shop.

This community has an active civic spirit seen in its participation in local events in addition to the fun activities seniors participate in together, here. It’s a home in the country, ideal for seniors from out of the area, as well as locals. Affordability is one factor that should appeal to seniors from throughout Ontario who want to be nearer to family living or cottaging in the area.

What can I say - Mom absolutely loves Tiverton Park Manor! When I think back on the events that brought Mom to the Manor and how worried I was that she was not going to be happy living in a retirement home, I can't believe how unfounded my fears were. Mom has loved living there since day one - she loves the staff, her room, the residents, the food, and all the activities. After almost 3 years of living there, Mom still tells me constantly how happy she is. From my vantage point, it is extremely comforting to know that Mom is so well taken care of. I watch the staff interactions with Mom and it is wonderful to see that the staff not only care about my Mom but take the time to engage with her and share stories and laughs. Thank you to all the staff at Tiverton Park Manor for creating such a safe, caring, and happy environment for Mom!
