My parents just moved into Parkland on Eglinton. The care, communication, and attention during the pre-move-in process have been stellar. Every person we have met along the way has been kind, warm, and positive. Yesterday was move-in day. My parents, and our whole family, who came along for the occasion, were greeted by name at every interaction. The staff also received glowing feedback from the moving company who they were able to liaise with throughout the day. We are all looking forward to becoming a part of the Parkland Community. This is a beautiful place to live as a senior: high-end with a pub with billiards and a beautiful pool, pet-friendly, and the people are amazing. I would love to retire and live at Parkland. The staff is very friendly, would highly recommend Parkland to anyone!!

Four years ago, I moved into this beautiful community and have never had a single regret. There are so many activities, exercise programs, and entertainment options that you never feel lonely when you choose to participate. The staff is pleasant, kind, and genuinely caring. Our Resident Services Coordinator, Jamie Apigo, is truly a little gem. No request is too small, and no concern is too big to assist residents. Most importantly, what brings me the greatest happiness is the peace of mind my two children have, knowing that their dad is always cared for when needed.

We made the right decision 3 years ago when we decided to make Parkland our new home. We had worried about the suite being too small to house all the things we wanted to bring, but with careful downsizing, we did it. All we need is here, and the hassles of maintaining a house are over.
Staff is excellent, food is very good, and exercise classes are appropriate and fun.
Nursing help is available, and care for our future is looked after.
We are very happy in our home.

Parkland lifestyle residence community has excellent service and caring staff. Every department has an excellent facility, and they provide services to residents so they can get better service according to their needs. The Recreational and Wellness team did their job very well and tried to ensure that every resident gets involved in activities and tries to make them active physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Parkland lifestyle residence is a well-maintained community that provides different services like fitness, entertainment, and social spaces to residents. But the recreational team is too good and did their duty with passion and dedication. They are so talented and treat the residents so well. Where to Begin?
The PLACE...you feel like you're in a high-end, luxury condo, so elegant, quiet and private...but you can be very sociable too if you're in the mood! Wonderful places in the gorgeous Lobby to entertain visitors. So excited for the Pool to open soon to add to the exercise facilities that already exist, including bowling and golf simulators, treadmills, weights and fitness classes! And a Walking Group too when the weather permits.
The STAFF...top of the line courteous, reliable, friendly, professional and I don't think they are ever confronted with a question/need they won't try their best to resolve...at least that has been our experience.
The DINING...while we mostly prepare meals at home, the times we've 'treated' ourselves to Parkland Dining have proven to be delicious and the menu offerings are many and they change from week to week, so plenty of variety and great to know if we just don't feel like cooking, we just call and place our order!
HEALTHCARE..while we've been lucky enough not to require the healthcare services, we have experienced the way in which Parkland has managed COVID protocols throughout our residence here...and we have felt protected and secure every single day.
We think the best measure of how residents of Parkland feel is to just notice all the smiles and good cheer as we come and go...and during the Holidays, even with COVID, it was Very Merry!

I enjoy the fitness classes that Parkland offers daily! I used to be a PHYS. ED teacher before and I know when something is well done. The recreation staff takes into consideration all age groups who attend.

I have lived at Parkland from the second day it opened and have had very positive experiences with all the staff, they listen to you and always attempt to solve your issues, if you have any. The General Manager is very approachable and helpful, so are the staff reporting to him. The food, since we have a new chef, is innovative and very good. What I personally find very nice is that the Company tries to promote from within, thus giving the staff an opportunity for advancement. I am very happy at Parkland and would like to express my thanks to all the staff here.

This is a challenging time to move to a retirement residence and the staff at Parkland have been exceptional. The Covid protocols are absolutely diligent and we feel that Mom is safe but still able to thrive in a warm, supportive community in spite of lockdown. From the move in team to the nurses, from the dining room staff to the concierge team, staff members are second to none. The chef and his team are brilliant. The activities team, though challenged with Covid rules, have developed the most ingenious and creative programming for residents — especially those having to isolate as they move in. Our whole family feels like we have joined a vibrant community along with Mom.

My 93 year old aunt recently moved into Parkland and she is "over the moon" excited. The facility is gorgeous, the staff is wonderful and very attentive to her and most importantly, she is safe and well looked after, even during COVID. They have been extremely cautious during COVID, and it's appreciated - after all, the health and safety of our elderly is most important. We checked out a number of facilities and nothing compared to Parkland. It's worth every penny to have a loved one in a nice place - after all, they've earned it! It is without hesitation that I would recommend Parkland. My aunt seems to have gotten 10 years of her life back now that she no longer has to deal with running a large home. Thanks go out to Abigail, Adina and all of the wonderful caregivers and nurses.
