My 90-year-old mom needed a respite stay after minor surgery over the holidays.
With next to no time and being very picky, I reached out to Parkland..specifically Laurie.
Their attention to detail, concerns, and kindness were amazing.
She stayed for a month and was treated with respect and kindness while she had time to heal in a safe and happy environment.
Her room was modern, clean, and easy to manage.
She enjoyed the food and, once more mobile, went to meals and enjoyed the selections.
I’m thankful to have had such a lovely experience for my mom.

Parkland Ancaster is a well-designed space that thoughtfully accommodates different levels of lifestyle and care needs. During the process of moving our mum in, the communication, responsiveness, and attention we received were excellent and reassuring. Unfortunately, after she moved in, that level of communication dropped off. ... Overall, the space itself is lovely, but I’m sharing this so others can adjust expectations.

Parkland is absolutely beautiful! They cover every base, and it is a luxurious environment that feels like a resort. Laurie Meyer assisted us with a tour and answered all of our questions. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Her energy was warm and incredibly welcoming. We are so grateful!!

Parkland Ancaster is a wonderful community that provides exceptional care. The staff are caring, compassionate, and engaged in supporting the transition to call Parkland your new home. Parkland has truly thought of all the details to age in place and provide accessible care.

We had to move my mother-in-law ... The place is beautiful. We walked around and were absolutely blown away with all of the activities and things do around the grounds.
The rooms are beautiful and I was so impressed with the common rooms and game rooms, both elegant and relaxing. Stunning!
We went for dinner, and I was absolutely blown away with how amazing and friendly the staff were to the other residents I saw. They helped them, they knew them all by name, and it was clear they are very serious with who they hire.

I moved to Parkland in May of 2025 from another highly recommended facility close by. I consider myself a very fussy lady and love good food and beautiful surroundings. Parkland has both, so I recommend you check it out.
