We celebrated my mom's (Marg Jackson) 97th birthday, and the six of us shared a meal with her there, provided by her residence. The meal was delicious, and the staff were excellent. Had a great day! Thanks to everyone.

Good, quiet, and serene retirement home on Woodland Road in the north end of Guelph. Plenty of parking. The inside looks like a mall. There are streets named after Guelph Streets. The staff is friendly.

The staff at Riverside Glen are absolutely beautiful to the bone. Always cheerful, upbeat, and fun. Always willing to help. Positive and nurturing. I feel like my mother is in the best place for her. When I am dealing with any staff member, it is clear to me that my mother comes first. This gives me so much peace of mind. I am hugely grateful for these amazing people who make this an amazing place.

Visited my wife today. She was in a bad mood. The staff warned me a were kind and helpful in a trying situation. As always, I felt my family made a wise decision in moving my wife to Riverside Glen. A fine facility and staff.

Such a beautiful place & community. It made me quite jealous of my Grams upon visiting, actually! The main staff were fantastic & super helpful. So many amenities & activities to do for visitors too.

Highly recommended. Staff is terrific and very good at the job they do. Very clean place. My wife is living there and she's very happy there, which makes me happy because I'm like the knight protecting my Queen. There I need no armor because she's well looked after.

A great experience so far with one of my family members staying here in the Arthur wing; she doesn’t speak much English but as far as I’ve seen, the staff are very patient (and also been quite diligent during COVID) and very kind whenever I’ve visited.

My mom is a resident in the long term care section of Riverside Glen. The home is always clean, and the staff do their best to show love and compassion to the residents AND their family members. My Dad visits every day, and staff go out or their way to chat with him, give him updates on mom, and make him feel a part of the Riverside Community. Before the pandemic, he was always invited to accompany her on special day trips like drives to see the Fall leaf colours, or drives through the Sparkles in The Park Christmas light display. The pandemic has been very hard on everyone, but the people at Riverside Glen have been working hard to make the vest of a bad situation.

Riverside Glen has been my home for over a year now. The Pesky Covid Virus has cramped the normally vibrant activities. However, a dedicated group of team members look out for our every need. Right now, the safest place to be is within these walls as the pandemic rages around outside. I would write more but the activity director is calling me to a special hallway activity.
