I met the manager of Arabella retirement home at a local event and really liked how they talked about caring for residents. We had a really good conversation, and I asked to visit.
The place felt clean, warm, and welcoming, and the staff was kind and attentive. I even met my friend’s grandparents there, and they seemed genuinely happy and well taken care of, which meant a lot to see. Overall, it feels like a safe and caring place, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I was really impressed with the overall quality of the facility and experience. Just as important, it was fantastic to experience your amazing staff, all with smiling faces and looking to help wherever they could... I had several interactions with residents... Arabella's hosting of their first Belleville Chamber mingle was above and beyond. From the food to the mixologist, no detail was overlooked! The space looked incredible, the ambiance was inviting, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

I had the pleasure of touring Arabella Retirement Living today with my father, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by bright, welcoming spaces and genuinely kind staff who made us feel right at home.
The layout of the lobby is airy and inviting, setting the tone for the entire building. The abundance of amenities really stood out to us, from the salt-water hydro spa pool and fully-equipped fitness room to the cozy library and the multipurpose theatre/auditorium for resident events. It’s clear that there’s never a dull moment here.
The on-site beauty/barber salon and spa, along with the available health services and in-house physician, offer wonderful peace of mind. My father was especially delighted by the beautiful sit-down dining room, the 24-hour bistro for casual snacks and coffee, and the idea of chef-prepared meals daily.
The resident suites are bright and spacious, with lovely balconies and thoughtful touches like pocket doors that maximize the living space. We also appreciated the safety features, like key-fob access and the nurse-call system, as well as the convenience of complimentary laundry, weekly housekeeping, and transportation for outings.
The well-maintained gardens and exterior walkways were the perfect finishing touch. It’s easy to picture morning strolls and relaxing afternoons, enjoying the views. Arabella truly feels like a vibrant, supportive community where residents can live worry-free and comfortably. We left feeling excited and reassured about what the future could look like here. Five stars all the way!

Professional staff and an asset to the community. They clearly focused on the fine details when building this place. Just what Belleville needed to support the aging population. Family friend moved in and is loving their experience. Fancy meals, salt water pool, hair dresser, good friends, experiences - they care about their residents.

My mother has raved about the meals every time we have spoken. Especially with her being a good cook and a rather picky eater, this is a testament to the Arabella menu and chefs. Whenever I visit her, it brings me joy to see her being so well taken care of; with all the activities offered, especially the swimming pool.

I toured Arabella after a close family member had made a difficult decision that they needed to downsize. What a well thought out and complete facility with excellent programming already in place and fantastic views unlike any other option available in Belleville. We spoke with a couple of people that are already living there and they had great things to say about Arabella life. The staff that we met were very genuine and despite the facility being new, their experience came shining through. Top notch retirement residence and very much looking forward to moving day.

My Grandmother loves her new home. Having her move into this new residence has given me [peace] of mind. The staff are very friendly, the food is great, she especially loves the view of the lake from her room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury retirement living.

My mother has settled in and the care has exceeded expectations. I can't say enough good things about Arabella and their staff... Maria and Diana [were] amazing to work with [in] the logistics for my mother to move into Arabella. They [were] extremely patient with all of our questions and even made house calls to get the final paperwork signed given my mother's mobility issues. I was really impressed by their caring for the residents.

It’s modern and bright, with uplifting decor and colours. The suites are full of natural light, with on-trend flooring and fixtures. Mom has never looked back, and has no regrets about having made the move when she did. Covid restrictions and protocols certainly added some drama, yet I knew Mom was safer than being on her own in her condo... What I have appreciated right from the beginning is the excellent communication with all of the staff. The staff are friendly, outgoing, and always have a smile. If I need any information, I can email anyone directly. It's just been a very seamless transition from Mom living in her own condo to moving.
Mom has fully embraced the active lifestyle of the Arabella - between fitness classes and activities... She’s very happy.

Very excited for this to open ! Sales team is very friendly and flexible, it has local owners that are very kind and caring as well. My father has a room reserved on the top floor, he can’t wait to enjoy the water views from his balcony 👍
