All of the staff were wonderful with my Mom. They were so patient and kind to her, especially during her last weeks. I believe there are angels working there. Thank you for all you do every day.

I would like to thank the entire team at Crown Ridge Trenton for their outstanding care and compassion for my mom, Linda, during her stay. We could see and feel the level of elevated care and attention; she truly became attached to many workers and nurses. We will be eternally grateful for making her time there as comfortable as possible. I’ve learned that "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This quote sums up my 7 year journey with CR and is the foundation for this testimony. With no personal experience in retirement or LTC homes, 2017 brought both my parents to CR. It was quite overwhelming in every aspect. If you ask me what stood out the most in choosing CR, I honestly would say I don’t remember, but we all “felt it”. Even with my mom’s dementia, she, using her Dutch heritage, was able to summarize perfectly what she felt at CR…it was “GEZELLIG” which is the ultimate compliment as it means cozy, comfortable, homey, easy…all priceless adjectives that supported the CR mission statement. Along with that, the exemplary level of care continues to this day with a very dear friend of mine. The journey is different, but we both “feel” the ongoing blessings of life at CR. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the love, care, compassion & friendships experienced with the exceptional staff and CR family. God bless you all!

My grandma stays here, and I’ve been talking with Canveet. He’s awesome and so accommodating. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I met the manager of Arabella retirement home at a local event and really liked how they talked about caring for residents. We had a really good conversation, and I asked to visit. The place felt clean, warm, and welcoming, and the staff was kind and attentive. I even met my friend’s grandparents there, and they seemed genuinely happy and well taken care of, which meant a lot to see. Overall, it feels like a safe and caring place, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I was really impressed with the overall quality of the facility and experience. Just as important, it was fantastic to experience your amazing staff, all with smiling faces and looking to help wherever they could... I had several interactions with residents... All in all, it was a great event at Arabella, and thanks to the staff at Arabella.

Arabella's hosting of their first Belleville Chamber mingle was above and beyond. From the food to the mixologist, no detail was overlooked! The space looked incredible, the ambiance was inviting, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

One never gets a second chance to make a first impression. The first thing you will notice is how much bright natural light we have from all the floor to ceiling windows in the lobby and throughout the main floor. The laughter and camaraderie among residents, staff, family and friends is like no other – we take the time to laugh together, hold hands or give a hug. As each resident settles in at their own pace, we respond to their inquiries and questions promptly and efficiently. We introduce them to one of our community ambassadors who take them on a tour of the residence and introduce them to new friends.
