Our cottage-style living is surrounded by five acres of secured grounds with walking paths, gardens, and koi pond. You’ll be able to explore your surroundings safely & securely. Our focus is on providing an enriched living experience where each person experiences a purposeful & meaningful life.
Sunstone Rentals is the newest addition to North Delta. A 70 unit independent living facility for those 55+ (at least one resident must be over 55), we offer a retirement living community tailored for those wanting to downsize.
The building is a four story modern and architecturally unique design with units ranging from 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans, many with dens, all with decks and patios. We offer seven different floor plans to cater to your individual down-sizing needs.

We believe and practice a resident-centric approach. We are happy to offer many choices for our residents so they can live the way they wish to live. At one of our communities' residents gain independence, have help when they need it and enjoy everything this lifestyle has to offer.

Our Villager and family orientation helps those who have moved here to learn all about the different services we offer. With our experience and understanding, this is new experience for some, we want to make this transition as smooth as possible for families and new Villager's. Our leadership team works closely with families and Villager's to ensure all questions are answered and a new Villager is feeling at ease. New Villager's' are welcomed with housewarming parties, monthly dinner dates and pub nights are a great way to get to know others in the community.
Moving into Sunstone should feel exciting, and it is! From the start, we help people get familiar with the community, the amenities, and the rhythm of daily life. There’s a natural ease to settling in. Neighbours quickly become familiar faces. Everything is designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, so it’s easy to navigate, meet others, and begin feeling at home right away.

Sunstone is designed for independent, active living, so while we don’t provide on-site care services, residents have the flexibility to bring in external support if their needs change. This allows you to remain in a home you love while adapting your lifestyle as needed. It’s also a comfortable option for couples with different needs, where one may require added support while the other remains fully independent.

The Village is purpose-built for people living with dementia and Alzheimer’s, and that focus shapes every aspect of life here. We’re not a traditional retirement home. What we offer is something different, a deeply supportive environment designed specifically for those navigating memory loss and other effects of dementia, where both Villager and their families can feel a sense of reassurance and belonging.
Sunstone is probably not the right fit for anyone seeking regular care, medical support, or any other daily assistance. Our community is designed for independent adults who want freedom, flexibility, and a simpler, self-directed lifestyle. That said, if you need care, you’re welcome to hire your own.

The biggest thing we feel Villager’s will find surprising about The Village Langley is the vision and what we offer. We are not a typical care community; our approach is entirely resident focused. We take pride in the work we do and what we offer. Our goal each and every day is to provide our Villager’s the autonomy to direct their own day and live their best life. We do not see their medical needs and diagnosis as a limitation, but rather a unique set of abilities that will provide purpose to our community and Village family.
People might be surprised by just how peaceful and well-connected the setting is. Surrounded by natural beauty, yet part of a master-planned community, Sunstone offers a balance that’s hard to find: quiet, green space alongside a growing village atmosphere. There’s also a sense of pride that comes with being part of a new and evolving community from the ground up.
