The Wexford is a luxury senior living community with a coastal-inspired design that reflects our location in sunny Tsawwassen. We have a boutique-style community with only sixty-five suites, and residents describe themselves as a close-knit family. Our central location between the unique shops of downtown Tsawwaassen and the shopping and services at Tsawwassen Mills offers convenience and entertainment. Our Resident Ambassador Program is a nice way to introduce new residents to our community. We have a very full life enrichment program lead by our coordinator who has worked at our community since opening. Courtyard Gardens offers a full continuum of care from Independent, Assisted and Long-Term Care.
Our Executive Chef and his team work extremely hard to ensure you eat what you want daily. Our menus feature fresh food made in-house and often using local ingredients. Lunch and dinner each include the choice of two entrees and soup or salad. And if you don't like the options, you can choose one of many delicious items off our featured menu. And, If you don't see what you want on the feature menu, Chef Sean and his team will go above and beyond to accommodate you! All you have to do is ask.

At Verve and Courtyard Gardens, we understand that moving to a new home is a big life change, which is why our 90‑Day Move‑In Program is thoughtfully designed to ease the transition and help residents feel comfortable, confident, and connected from the very beginning. During this time, our team provides extra support, regular check‑ins, and personalized guidance to ensure each resident settles in at their own pace. In addition, our Resident Ambassadors play a special role by welcoming new residents, offering friendly introductions, and helping them get to know the community, activities, and spaces—making Courtyard Gardens feel like home even faster.
We have a well-planned move-in orientation to ensure new residents can get comfortable as quickly as possible. This includes connecting with the GM, Executive Chef, and Lifestyle and Wellness manager. You get a chance to know whose who right away. In addition, our 24-hour reception team is there to help you get to know the building and the services any time of the day. Once you're settled, you and your family can enjoy a complimentary Welcome Home dinner in our dining for up to 6 people.

Often new residents are surprised at how quickly they become part of The Wexford family. Because we're a smaller community, it's easy to connect with your neighbours over a game of billiards or at the table over dinner. New residents find that they feel at home very quickly. Building has been part of Richmond community for 32 years. 2.Staff have worked here from beginninng.3. Some of our residents have had their family members live here over the course of 32 years. 4. 1. We're a 65-suite luxury independent senior living community in sunny Tsawwassen, BC.
2. Living car-free is easy! We have a courtesy shuttle for personal trips in the area. Our 18-passenger bus goes out for trips 2-3 times a week. We're located just 1 km from downtown Tsawwassen, providing easy access for those on electric bikes, trikes and scooters.
3. Our food is made fresh in-house daily, and our culinary team is led by a red seal certified Executive Chef.
4. Our beautiful rooftop garden has 360° views of the surrounding area and features comfortable furnishings for lounging in the sun.
