My grandma stays here, and I’ve been talking with Canveet. He’s awesome and so accommodating. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I met the manager of Arabella retirement home at a local event and really liked how they talked about caring for residents. We had a really good conversation, and I asked to visit. The place felt clean, warm, and welcoming, and the staff was kind and attentive. I even met my friend’s grandparents there, and they seemed genuinely happy and well taken care of, which meant a lot to see. Overall, it feels like a safe and caring place, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I was really impressed with the overall quality of the facility and experience. Just as important, it was fantastic to experience your amazing staff, all with smiling faces and looking to help wherever they could... I had several interactions with residents... All in all, it was a great event at Arabella, and thanks to the staff at Arabella.

Arabella's hosting of their first Belleville Chamber mingle was above and beyond. From the food to the mixologist, no detail was overlooked! The space looked incredible, the ambiance was inviting, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

2010, in her 90th year, my Mother joined her sister, 5 years her senior, at the Riverine. Both were very hesitant to leave homes on the Napanee area farms where they raised their families; but the widows who had worked & travelled together in their senior years, happily re-united in this clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere. Later on, following many visits, 2 ‘younger’ sisters, also widowed, joined them from suburban Kingston. For several years, the 4 siblings enjoyed many crafts, activities, and outings organized by Riverine staff. Now Mom & her older sister have moved on. They’re missed, but our families will forever appreciate the kind attention Christine, her admin. team, and all nurses & staff wrapped around them during their life in this warm, welcoming community. We learned, as they helped Mom (and us) through difficult changes: giving up licence & car, moving from her apartment to a full-care room, and relying on a walker, that we had made a wise choice for our Mom.

My Dad is here, they do a great job!

With a variety of regular entertainment geared to people like me, my wonderful new friends here, and these lovely surroundings to relax in, I'm never lonely.

Words can't describe how wonderful life at The Riverine actually is.

The first thing you will notice is how much bright natural light we have from all the floor to ceiling windows in the lobby and throughout the main floor. The laughter and camaraderie among residents, staff, family and friends is like no other – we take the time to laugh together, hold hands or give a hug. As each resident settles in at their own pace, we respond to their inquiries and questions promptly and efficiently. We introduce them to one of our community ambassadors who take them on a tour of the residence and introduce them to new friends. Luckily, the pool, dining room, library, bistro, auditorium, and other amenities, are all on the ground floor so it is very easy to get around giving piece of mind that new residents will find what they are looking for. We also offer trials stays for those who want to check us out before moving in.
