The Wexford's Drive-Thru Pie Give Away 2025

Don't miss the opportunity to celebrate National Seniors Day by getting your hands on one of Chef James' Binder Twine Festival Apple Pies

Tsawwassen seniors have plenty to smile about as The Wexford prepare to host the annual Drive-Thru Pie Giveaway in honour of National Seniors Day.

The drive-thru pie giveaway will open on Friday, October 2, at  2 p.m. Executive Chef James Steel will greet the first 75 seniors who drive through with warm smiles and delicious homemade pies. The Binder Twine Festival Apple Pie is a special one for Chef James, and he’s making it with pies straight off trees from Southlands Tsawwassen.

The Wexford will join Bria Communities' three other residences in Langley and South Delta to hand out a total of 300 homemade pies. Each pie is baked from scratch by in-house chefs as a gesture of gratitude for the contributions seniors make to their communities.
