Overall experience

(4.5)

I came to experience the service from Nurse for care when my uncle got an injury in his leg. I should say this; their service was GREAT!. What I felt unique about their care is that, the staff were very generous and kind to my Uncle. He was very happy on their professional care. They always tried to check him constantly, making sure he was ok and tried to keep him away from getting bored. If I could suggest something to be improved, I felt sometimes there is slight delay in his progress updates. But overall my experience with Nurse for Care was very satisfying. I am so delighted to share their service, if i could get a chance to suggest to friends!

Building, amenities & suites

(4.5)

We preferred to get their service at his own home as he always want to stay with his family. Nurse for Care was so considerate about our request and provided appropriate staff who always cared for our needs and routines. They always tried to keep our home, especially his room clean and tidy. They always ensured his comfort in his own space. They tried to figure out his likes and dislikes as well. Their effort to adapt with our lifestyle should be appreciated. Along with caring for his physical health, they maintained our house organized. It was a challenging time for him, but their efforts and supports; I can't express those in words!

Staff

(4.5)

They are exceptional and remarkable. I would rate them very highly. They are very skilled, attentive and so compassionate in their profession. They made him feel like they are one of his family members. They spread a positive ambiance all over the house. The Staff were so keen about his needs and behavior. If I could tell one incident: My uncle is a short-tempered man and so punctual in his routine. If he didn't get his coffee at the right time, he may get angry. To my surprise, the staff from Nurse for Care was very cautious about all these things, and, believe it or not, he never raised his voice at anyone during his recovery period and he felt happier than before. And also, they are so dedicated!

Residents and community life

(4.5)

Since we chose to recover at home, the residents and community life was just restricted to our own family and the staff who assisted him. But he tried to build up a meaningful connection with those newly met people. The staff was also genuinely cared for him, tried to engage him in his favorite topics and thoughts. One of his kids celebrated his birthday during his recovery period. He even tried to invite staff and their family to be in the party to share his family's happiness. They are very friendly and made him to feel less lonely at that time!

Activities and services

(4.5)

For him, the treatment was in his own home, so the activities was based on his personal interests and daily routine. The staff helped him to have light exercises, short walks around the house and do some healthy stretches. They tried to keep a regular activity routine and maintained physical and mental activities to make him feel stress free and positive.

Care and medical attention

(4.5)

He got excellent care from the staff. I should mention a day when all his family members were out for some function. His leg got swollen and felt so painful. Immediate interference from the side of the caregiver saved him from its serious aftereffects. All of a sudden she contacted a doctor and did what the doctor suggested her to do. To be honest, I don't have anything to be improved from their level of care. They did their level best and I thank them for their instant services.

Food and drink

(4.5)

The meals were homemade because he stayed home during recovery. She is the one who made sure about the meals he wanted. But she is a working professional, so the caregiver tried to keep track that he never missed a meal. She always tried to serve food on time very attentively. She tried to make him tea and snacks that he needs at evening 4 o'clock. we don't have any concerns at all. She was so dedicated and punctual to serve him food at the right time.

Moving in

(4.5)

As I have mentioned, he stayed at home. Everything around him was familiar to him. The only difficulty he came to confront with, is the leg injury and pain. All thanks go to the caregiver; she tried to learn everything about him to keep him more comfortable. It ensured his smooth transitioning as well. He adapted to the routine he had to follow during the recovery period, with the help of a caregiver.
