A well-run facility that puts residents first. Beautiful modern building and facilities. Very good indoor parking that is heating in the winter. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a wide choice of meal choices. There are no timed multiple sittings. You can stay as long as you want for a meal.

The building is very high quality and the suites are also very well built and appointed. MY suite has a wonderful view southeast and west. At almost 1,200 square feet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it fully meets my living needs.
Staff

Adequate number of staff. The staff is very helpful. I am always treated as a valued resident and if I need help I always get it. What stands out most is that the staff all really care about the residents.
Residents and community life

This is a 272-unit facility. I find that everyone talks to each other. I have made many friends and we seem to enjoy each other's company. Residents care about each other.

Internal activities are many. I regularly use the morning exercise classes. External activities are less than I and many other residents think should be offered, such as more trips and attendance at external events.

My wife lives on the Enriched care floor with 23 other residents. She has lived on this floor and prior to that on the memory care floor for almost 3 years. I am amazed at the level of care and the positive attitude of staff, mostly PSWs, and nurses (24/7.)
Food and drink

I prepare all my own meals. The few times I have eaten in the main restaurant or the Bistro I have found the food to be good but not great. The menu choices are many and have more variety than most other retirement residents.
Moving in

Lots of advice before moving and also recommendations of consultants who specialize in downsizing. Good help on the day of moving and after that as well. Also, I got lots of help and support in moving my wife 2 times.
