My Grandma has been living at The Heritage for over 1 year now. She absolutely loves it! She no longer has to worry about cooking her own meals or cleaning her own suite. She can relax and enjoy her golden years! They have live entertainment multiple times per week, an appointment shuttle, and a saltwater pool! There is so much for her to do...she is never bored! Our family has peace of mind knowing she is cared for. We definitely chose the right place for her to live!

The Heritage is the pinnacle of senior living in the Okanagan, from the beautiful decor of the building to its location close to many amenities. The in-house dining experience will surely impress the most discerning palates. The staff and management are always happy to assist residents to create a sincere and welcoming environment. My aunt has been living here for half a year and is always on outings and partaking in the various activities.

My father has been here for a year and a half at the time of this review. He is happy here. This place is full of employees who love their work and love the people who live there. My father had a change of life - these things happen - and this place was perfect... the clouds parted and down came a ray of light into an otherwise sad situation.

The Heritage is spectacular. Beautiful modern rooms that can be furnished as you wish. The food is excellent with an endless variety of meals that can be catered to a specific diet... Staff [are] very warm and caring people that make both resident and family feel welcome. My father has been here a few months now and his health and happiness have improved immensely. I remember feeling bad when I first took him to a senior home but now I'm actually quite envious.

The Heritage gave my dad new life. [After 9 years of living alone] he deteriorated, depression set in and he did not want to see anyone. [Right] after moving into Heritage, he is social again, [has] made new friends and [is] very busy with his new life.
