Went for a tour with my mom and found the facility very clean, organized, and well laid-out in terms of facilities. The staff was friendly and importantly, the residents appeared well taken care of and happy, even with the unplanned interactions. In particular, the community relations manager was notable in her approach to my mom, friendly, caring, and has engaged her occasionally after the visit.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Courtyard Gardens Retirement Home, and I must say it exceeded every expectation, my mother will be in amazing hands. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a thoughtfully designed interior that feels cozy. All the staff is very attentive, I can definitely say my mother will be well taken care of. Lauren was amazing and thorough, answered every question we had, and made us feel really comfortable with our choice. Highly recommend.

Recently I have been looking and touring retirement residences for my parents. Courtyard gardens in particular stood out to us and the staff are very attentive, kind, and compassionate. Lauren gave us an exceptional tour and answered all of our questions with detail and patience. If you have been looking around for homes, I would definitely give this residence a chance. I would also ask for Lauren. She put us at ease.

My Dad had a health event the next month that did not allow him to live alone anymore. I immediately called Courtyard Gardens. The General Manager, LPNs, and aides worked quickly to accomodate my Dad in a beautiful room. My Dad is now... enjoying the great food and atmosphere of Courtyard Gardens. I am grateful for the compassion and expert care they are providing my Dad.

My father was able to spend 3 wonderful years at Courtyard Gardens. He often said to me that this is the most beautiful place in the world. Excellent food was very important to him. He also really appreciated the all-round support.

I was in a supportive role for my sister and brother-in-law around moving to Courtyard Gardens. I truly appreciated the great communication I had with June as we sorted out various issues and dealt with delays because of my sister's health. She always kept me in the loop and answered all my questions. She always went the extra mile to make things work! It seems there might have needed to be a bit more clarity around independent and assisted living, however, this seems to have been sorted out so is no longer an issue. I have visited many times since their move and the staff has been friendly. The facility is very clean and offers a range of spaces. The large closets and storage space were a huge relief.

The thing that stands out most about our experience with Courtyard Gardens is how hard working and caring the staff are ... What really meant a lot was when my mom passed away in December [2020], the staff went out of their way to make sure my dad was OK.
I'm very impressed with the amount of activities they have arranged... Just looking at the calendar that they send out every week, there're three or four different types of activities every day, from chair exercise to bingo to [music]... There's monthly birthday celebrations as a group for people who are having a birthday that month.
It's a really welcoming place. When you walk in, anybody, any staff member you meet is always smiling and friendly, and so willing to help. We've been so grateful for some of the individual staff members who we interact with.
