All of the staff were wonderful with my Mom. They were so patient and kind to her, especially during her last weeks. I believe there are angels working there. Thank you for all you do every day.

I would like to thank the entire team at Crown Ridge Trenton for their outstanding care and compassion for my mom, Linda, during her stay. We could see and feel the level of elevated care and attention; she truly became attached to many workers and nurses. We will be eternally grateful for making her time there as comfortable as possible. I’ve learned that "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This quote sums up my 7 year journey with CR and is the foundation for this testimony. With no personal experience in retirement or LTC homes, 2017 brought both my parents to CR. It was quite overwhelming in every aspect. If you ask me what stood out the most in choosing CR, I honestly would say I don’t remember, but we all “felt it”. Even with my mom’s dementia, she, using her Dutch heritage, was able to summarize perfectly what she felt at CR…it was “GEZELLIG” which is the ultimate compliment as it means cozy, comfortable, homey, easy…all priceless adjectives that supported the CR mission statement. Along with that, the exemplary level of care continues to this day with a very dear friend of mine. The journey is different, but we both “feel” the ongoing blessings of life at CR. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the love, care, compassion & friendships experienced with the exceptional staff and CR family. God bless you all!

Looks like a very nice and well run retirement home. My brother in law is staying there and is treated very well. Great staff.

I have lived at Royal Heights for the past three years. This is the best decision I have ever made. There are so many things to do; they have a wonderful group of volunteer ladies who organize social events throughout the year. Bingo, Luncheon Outings, Pot Luck Dinners, and monthly Birthday Celebrations, to name a few. You can swim in the beautiful saltwater pool, play darts, play pool, and work out. There is a beautiful theatre running movies every Saturday. I have even found a wonderful hairdresser (not far to go). The staff are wonderful and always there for you. If you are thinking of downsizing, please consider Royal Heights. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

This is a very friendly building. I moved here after I lost my husband and gained so many new friends. There are many activities. I personally enjoy the pool. There is darts, bingo, potluck suppers, and dances. The lounge is beautiful. There are puzzles to do and a library. This is a great place to be. The staff is amazing. you will not be disappointed.

Have lived here for 3 years. Great place to live by yourself but have company if you want it, and activities to participate in if you like. The staff are very helpful. It's well situated centrally, close to stores and park areas and the hospital.

My parents moved [here] from their longtime home recently ... [They] are enjoying their new accommodations and are meeting new friends already. They have joined in on some of the many social activities offered and the amenities this beautiful building offers.

I am enjoying my apartment very much and the amenities are great. Looking forward to the restaurant/cafe coming and... The salt water pool is lovely. Being centrally located is a big plus and I feel very fortunate to live in such a lovely place.
