I recently stayed at Delmanor after having hip surgery. The unit I stayed in was clean, bright, and accessible. I found all the staff were cheerful, welcoming, and most even remembered my name after a few days. It was good to have 24hr nursing available as well as a physiotherapist on staff. I found the food was quite good with plenty of choices, and it was nice that the servers had iPads to show what the selections looked like. As for getting out for a walk, the streets nearby are level with light traffic; the nearby Monastery Bakery and Deli is a good destination if you want any special food items. I enjoyed my time at Delmanor and would be happy to recommend this location for either a short or long stay.

My grandmother has been a resident for two years. We had Christmas dinner on-site this evening. I can't say enough about the staff. Always friendly, always smiling, and wonderful. Happy holidays, Delmanor. Thank you all.

I had a lovely visit to Delmanor Glen Abbey! The team were all so friendly and welcoming. It felt like home the moment I arrived. The residents were happy and friendly as they enjoyed a variety of programs in the beautiful amenity spaces, reading in their comfy chairs or doing artwork at a table. The suites were spacious and bright. Lunch was delicious, and our friendly server Chloe, was very attentive and remembered our names! I could not be more pleased with the service provided to my Mother by all the staff and Palermo Village. The attention to detail and communication is matched by the quality of experiences and amenities provided to residents. It is very evident they understand the senior population very well and has made it a habit to exceed expectations in a relational manner. The staff at Palermo Village went above and beyond caring for our mother. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this wonderful home to anyone. All the staff, especially Sree and Lorraine, made our mother's final days at Palermo a loving experience for which we will always be grateful. Great hospitality when I visited them for Thanksgiving yesterday. Such a warm and welcoming environment, everyone is genuinely happy and positive to be around.

This place is so good and special thanks to GM Sandra Derozario and Kristoffer Ong See, and other nursing staff. They have the best communication, well-managed care, and they are so nice to everyone. I have done my placement from this place and saw that everyone is doing their job wholeheartedly, and it feels like a second home. Finally, I am so happy with their kindness and respectful behaviour towards every resident at their place.

I loved visiting my grandparents at Palermo. The place was filled with fresh flowers all over. Food was simply delicious and fresh. The music with brunch was really beautiful. The residency was clean and tidy. The atmosphere for Thanksgiving was just filled with happiness and joy.
