Emerald Gardens offers a warm welcome and personalized support to help residents settle in. Our Resident & Family Champion Program pairs newcomers with friendly peers who guide them through their first days. Families appreciate our “Celebrate Together” initiative, which honors resident milestones and fosters meaningful connections. With certified Health Care Aides on-site 24/7, weekly housekeeping, linen service, and nutritious meals, residents feel cared for and at home. Families choose Emerald Gardens for its vibrant atmosphere, compassionate staff, and commitment to celebrating every individual.
We can offer a buddy system for new residents. This helps them build a sense of belonging. All the managers meet with our new residents allowing them to get to know them. This allows them to feel comfortable with our staff. Our dining room is open seating, creating an environment that helps them get to know other residents. We also encourage family to visit to help make the transition easier.

Outside providers such as podiatrists, hairdressers, and dental hygienists are also available on-site. Families appreciate our proactive communication and personalized support throughout every stage of care.

2. We have 131 suites between our two buildings, Dr. Hemstock and Hearthstone Place.
3. We can easily accommodate dietary needs. Whether it is a low-sodium, diabetic, celiac, or you have allergies, we can incorporate it.
4. We have a receptionist working seven days a week, including holidays. They are a friendly team, that are happy to help with our resident’s needs.
5. Each suite has the resident’s names outside so that friends and family know where they are.
