Before joining the team at Berwick Royal Oak, Marco Gonzales worked in Housekeeping at Bear Mountain Resort for a decade. At Berwick, Marco finds there is a strong family dynamic – you’re apart of the team, quite unlike any other role Marco has taken on in his community before.
